Here is a great way to dehydrate mushrooms. There is no need to buy a dehydrator. It’s simple, just slice them, lay them on a rack with parchment paper and pop them in the oven with a fan on at the lowest temperature. 170 – 190 degrees works the best. This should take 5 to 8 hours in total.
